Lara Jade Coton is an photographer and college student who resides in England. She took up photography at the age of fourteen and also works in photographic manipulation and digital art.

A self-portrait when she was fourteen years old was used without permission on the DVD cover of an inappropriate movie.

In a lawsuit filed on July 31, 2007 in federal court in Tampa, Florida, Lara Jade Coton accuses the production company of copyright infringement, civil conspiracy, misappropriation of her image, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit also names other online retailers of the movie in claims for copyright infringement.
